Job Responsibilities

Tech Support: Oversee laminator installation, commissioning, and maintenance in overseas markets. Troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues and resolve them promptly.​

Customer Service: Foster technical relationships, offer operation/maintenance training, handle complaints, and collaborate with internal teams for quick issue resolution.​

Market Feedback: Gather after-sales needs and trends to inform product improvements.​

 

Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering. 3+ years of industrial equipment after-sales experience, preferably with laminators or PV equipment.​

Skills: Proficient in laminator mechanics/electrics and troubleshooting. Knowledge of PV module production processes.​

Language & Mobility: Fluent English; Turkish, Hindi, or German is a plus. Preference for long-term overseas residents; frequent international travel (60-80% of the time) required.​

Soft Skills: Strong cross-cultural problem-solving and communication, ability to work independently.

 

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Competitive base pay + commission.
