Job Responsibilities

Sales: Develop strategies to meet overseas sales targets; explore new customers and markets.​

Customer Relations: Build and maintain relationships; provide pre – and after – sales support.​

Market Research: Monitor market trends and competitors; feed back to R&D and marketing.​

Documentation: Submit regular sales reports; manage sales documents.

Requirements

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields; 3+ years of overseas sales experience, preferably in photovoltaic (PV) industry.​

Languages: Fluent in English; knowledge of Turkish, Hindi, or German is a plus.​

Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills; result – oriented; adaptable to different cultures.​

Technical: Basic understanding of laminator technology and related materials.​

Travel: Willing to travel overseas frequently (30 – 50% of the time) or overseas residence.​

 

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Competitive base pay + commission.
